Scott Tommasino

Scott serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for National Brokerage Atlantic. In that role, he oversees the firm’s operational infrastructure, financial management, technology platforms, strategic initiatives, advisor onboarding, vendor relationships, legal and compliance coordination, and business process development. Scott works closely with leadership to drive operational efficiency, support growth initiatives, manage the firm’s financial and administrative functions, and ensure NBA has the systems, resources, and infrastructure necessary to serve advisors, institutional partners, and clients at scale. He is also actively involved in advisor recruitment, relationship development, and strategic partnership initiatives that support the firm’s continued expansion.

Prior to joining National Brokerage Atlantic, Scott held leadership roles across the life insurance, financial services, and real estate industries, with extensive experience in operations management, risk management, business development, financial oversight, and international distribution. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for managing domestic and international teams, developing scalable operating frameworks, implementing technology solutions, overseeing financial operations, and supporting corporate growth initiatives. His experience includes oversight of corporate and field operations throughout Latin America and Asia, as well as substantial involvement in advisor development, distribution expansion, and strategic business planning.

Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Northeastern University. He holds Life, Health, and Variable Annuity licenses. Based in Miami, Florida, Scott remains focused on strengthening NBA’s operational and financial capabilities, advancing technology initiatives, supporting advisor relationships, and helping drive the firm’s long-term strategic growth.
