Herik Milliron

Herik serves as Director of Digital Sales for National Brokerage Atlantic. In that role, he oversees the firm’s digital sales initiatives and technology-driven insurance platforms, with a focus on instant issue, guaranteed issue, and simplified issue life insurance solutions. Herik works closely with carrier partners, technology providers, and advisors to expand access to streamlined insurance solutions while enhancing the overall digital client experience.

Prior to joining National Brokerage Atlantic, Herik served in the United States Navy as a Sonar Technician and Search and Rescue Swimmer. During his military service aboard the USS Chung-Hoon (DDG-93), he held leadership responsibilities involving advanced systems operations, maintenance coordination, team training, and operational readiness in mission-critical environments. His experience developed a disciplined, solutions-focused approach to leadership, communication, and operational execution.

Following his military service, Herik transitioned into the financial services and insurance industry, earning his Florida Life, Health, and Variable Annuity License. He brings experience in digital platform development, carrier relationship management, business operations, and advisor support. Based in Miami, Florida, Herik is focused on expanding NBA’s digital capabilities and strengthening strategic relationships that support the firm’s continued growth.
